摘 要：本文就智慧消防技术在社会消防安全管理中的应用展开了探讨，以便于为今后更好的开展社会消防安全管理工作提供借鉴。

1 物联网消防安全监管平台
在社会消防安全管理中应用物联网消防安全监管平台可以及时发现火情并进行及时处理。该平台主要有以下几点优势：①能够及时反馈危险源。该平台的反应较为迅速，其可以在时间以传感器与视频图像的形式对出现的危险情况进行及时反馈，还可以根据所出现的危险情况与等级进行分级分色显示。②准确定位火源。该平台所用的工具主要是 ＧＰＳ定位系统与 ＧＩＳ信息系统，这两个系统可以在很快的时间内将火灾位置进行定位，还可以提供灭火路线与火灾现场的设备情况，从而节省灭火的时间。③严格进行工作的监督。该平台可以对各个消防人员的工作状态进行实时反馈，这样一来就会加强消防人员工作的责任心，防止出现各种懈怠的情况。

智慧消防管理平台主要是以互联网、物联网等进行综合性的应用，从而达到对信息数据的搜集、储存与分析，进而实现对火情的预警自动化、救援智能化和业务管理精细化。①火情预警自动化。在城市范围内建立火情自动报警系统，实时监控消防报警设备、用电与水系 统 的 运 行 状 态，确保消防设施的完好。建立完善的火灾评估系统，对火情进行评估以便于合理进行消防部署。②救援智能化。该平台可以将救援智能化，对火情的信息进行明确与共享，对消防人员的分配进行合理的模块化，使消防指挥达到移动智能化等，这样缩短了救援的时间。 ③部队管理精细化。该平台的应用对消防人员的管理起着重要的作用，其可以对消防人员进行培训与模拟训练，同时还可以做到对消防车辆的管理，在管理上充分应用定位系统，实现对管理的实时监控，达到提供工作效率的目的。

3 消防远程监控系统
消防远程监控系统的功能，主要包括实时火警监控、联动视频监控、ＧＩＳ定位、消防设备管理监督、值班人员巡查等，消防工作人员借助该系统可以及时的发现火情，并对火灾位置进行定位与实时监控。消防远程监控系统可以将各建筑物的火灾进行自动报警系统联网，并通过ＧＩＳ信息系统实现对火灾位置的定位，还可以通过视频监控的方式达到对火灾现场情况的实时监控。此外该系统能够对消防设施进行集中管理，从而提升了消防设备管理的科学性，为更好地开展消防工作提供了的便利。消防远程监控系统还可以在手机上下载相关的 ＡＰＰ，进而达到对火情的移动监控，并且该系统的报警具有一定的主动性，这比人为报警具有更好地及时性，为消防工作的开展节约了大量的时间。

4 户籍化管理系统
随着互联网的不断发展，消防安全管理变得越来越网络化，为此，为了更好地便于管理可以在网络上设置“中国消防服务网”，为社会单位进行消防安全户籍化的管理。该系统主要是建立消防安全基础档案信息库，其中包括社会单位的基本情况、消防安全的制度与职责、机构与人员、消防基础设施、消防的日常工作记录等，这样一来就可以做到对消防人员进行统一管理，并可以提供消防设备维护、消防安全评估等信息。通过户籍化管理系统可以有效的对社会单位的消防安全问题加以管控，进而帮助消防管理单位更好地了解社会单位的消防安全状况。

5 智能巡检系统
该系统是将物联网应用到消防设施的巡检中去，进而使无线传感器网络与ＲＦＩＤ网 络得到充分的应用。该系统主要包括以下３个部分：①消防栓信息维护。消防栓信息维护是将消防栓注册在移动终端，将信息进行编辑与整理，进而达到对数据信息传输到服务端的目的。②消防巡检展示。消防巡检展示可以展示ＧＩＳ、移动终端与地图的可视化。③巡检数据分析。主要是对消防安全的相关数据信息进行分析与处理。该系统增强了消防设施与巡检之间的信息交流，从而便于更好的开展消防设施的管理。

6 安科瑞智慧消防监控云平台介绍与选型
6.1 平台简介

平台登陆
用户登录成功之后进入首页，如图所示。主要展示的内容有：项目概况、设备状态、设备分类、设备报警信息、报警分类、报警统计、设备台账信息等。其中百度地图可以选配成BIM建筑模型，任何传感器报警时可以在BIM模型中预警显示。

统计分析包括数据汇总和分析报告，数据汇总以曲线和表格形式显示各个月份的报警和故障记录，同时显示控制日志，支持按照控制类和参数设置类分别显示，也可以按照操作是否成功分别显示，包括此次控制的操作情况，项目名称，设备信息以及对应的操作时间等；分析报告包括总体概况和设备回路特征分析。
