　　“十四五”期间，随着“双碳”目标提出及逐步落实，本就呈现出较好发展势头的分布式光伏发展有望大幅提速。就“十四五”光伏发展规划，国家发改委能源研究所可再生能源发展中心副主任陶冶表示，“双碳”目标意味着国家产业结构的调整，未来10年，新能源装机将保持在110GW以上的年增速，这里面包含集中式光伏电站和分布式光伏电站。相较于集中式电站来说，分布式对土地等自然资源没有依赖，各个地方的屋顶就是分布式电站的形成基础，在碳中和方案的可选项中，分布式光伏由于其灵活性必将被大力发展，目前已有河北、甘肃、安徽、浙江、陕西等9省发布关于分布式光伏整县推进工作的通知。

　　目前我国的两种分布式应用场景分别是：广大农村屋顶的户用光伏和工商业企业屋顶光伏，这两类分布式光伏电站今年都发展迅速。

　　1.1 系统功能设计

　　安科瑞电光伏电站监控软件采用Acrel-2000，是安科瑞电气股份有限公司总结多年的开发、实践经验和大量的用户需求而设计针对用户配电系统和光伏电站的实时监控系统。

　　1.1.1 软件运行环境配置

　　服务器上安装Windows 7操作系统。

　　1.1.2 光伏电站电力监控软件架构

　　软件采用C/S架构，实时采集光伏电站电流、电压、日/月/年/累计发电量和气象数据。

　　1.1.3 光伏电站电力监控软件功能

　　对光伏电站的整体信息进行监控，采用图形和数据的形式实时动态地展现电站概况、电站实时发电及发电统计信息。包括电站概括、环境参数、实时信息、发电量统计及发电量TOP10 信息

　　通过主界面可以对光伏阵列现场环境进行实时监测与显示，如室外温度值、风速、风向、光照强度等。

       1)通过对电站内一次及二次配电网络状态的监控，了解电站内各电气设备的运行情况及状态，并对电站的并网状态、有/ 无功功率流向情况等进行实时监控。

 

　　2)光伏组件分布监控

　　能够根据微逆变反应的数据显示各组太阳能电池板的工作状态(是否正常发电)，根据组串式逆变器显示各光伏组串输出功率，分别计量两种两种逆变方式的发电量日发电量、日发电量曲线、月发电量柱状图、年发电量柱状图等，并对这两种方式发电量进行对比。

　

       3)逆变器监控

 

　　组串式逆变器主要监测指标包括：

　　­ 直流电压、直流电流、直流功率

　　­ 交流电压、交流电流

　　­ 逆变器内温度、时钟

　　­ 频率、功率因数、当前发电功率

　　­ 日发电量、累积发电量、累积CO2 减排量

　　­ 电网电压过高、电网电压过低

　　­ 电网频率过高、电网频率过低

　　­ 直流电压过高、直流电压过低

　　­ 逆变器过载、逆变器过热、逆变器短路

　　­ 散热器过热

　　­ 逆变器孤岛

　　­ DSP 故障、通讯故障等。

　　监控系统可绘制显示逆变器电压—时间曲线、功率—时间曲线等，直流侧输入电流实时曲线、交流侧逆变输出电流曲线，并采集与显示各逆变器日发电量等电参量;

　　4)交流汇流箱监控

　　交流汇流箱主要监测指标包括：

　　­ 光伏组串输出直流电压、输出直流电流、输出直流功率

　　­ 各路输入总发电功率、总发电量

　　­ 汇流箱输出电流、汇流箱输出电压、汇流箱输出功率

　　­ 电流监测允差报警

　　­ 传输电缆/ 短路故障告警

　　­ 空气开关状态、故障信息等

　　5)交流配电柜监控

　　交流配电柜主要监测指标包括：

　　­ 光伏发电总输出有功功率、无功功率

　　­ 功率因数、电压、电流

　　­ 断路器故障信息、防雷器状态信息等

　　6)并网柜监控

　　通过对并网柜的监控，计量上网电量、内部用电量、电能质量、光伏发电系统有功和无功输出、发电量、功率因数、并网点的电压和频率、注入系统的电等参数，计算碳减排量，并折算成标准煤，计算发电收益。

　　7)环境参数监控

　　环境参数主要监测指标包括 ：

　　­ 日照辐射

　　­ 风速、风向

　　­ 环境温度

　　­ 太阳能电池板温度等

　　对比实际微逆或几种微逆输出指导电池板需要清洗等信息。

　　8)历史数据管理

　　监控系统可针对光伏发电现场的各种事件进行记录，如：通讯采集异常、开关变位、操作记录等，时间记录支持按类型查询，并可对越限报警值进行更改设置;

　　9)日发电趋势分析

　　系统提供了实时曲线和历史趋势两种曲线分析界面，可以反映出每天24小时内光伏发电量与该日日照强度，环境温度，风速等的波动情况。

　　10)故障报警

　　当电池板长时间输出功率偏低进行故障指示，建议运维人员前往现场检查是否有故障发生等;另外对于并网柜部分的主断路器分合闸状态进行监视，当出现开关变位及时报警，提醒运维人员。

1.1 交流220V并网
交流220V并网的光伏发电系统多用于居民屋顶光伏发电，装机功率在8kW左右。户用光伏电站今年发展非常迅猛，根据国家能源局网站提供的数据，截至2021年6月底，全国累计纳入2021年国家财政补贴规模户用光伏项目装机容量为586.14万千瓦，这相当于6个月在居民屋顶建造了四分之一个三峡水电站。

部分小型光伏电站为自发自用，余电不上网模式，这种类型的光伏电站需要安装防逆流保护装置，避免往电网输送电能。光伏电站规模较小，而且比较分散，对于光伏电站的管理者来说，通过云平台来管理此类光伏电站非常有必要，安科瑞在这类光伏电站提供的解决方案包括以下方面：
 
1.2 交流380V并网
根据国家电网Q/GDW1480-2015 《分布式电源接入电网技术规定》，8kW~400kW可380V并网，超出400kW的光伏电站视情况也可以采用多点380V并网，以当地电力部门的审批意见为准。这类分布式光伏多为工商业企业屋顶光伏，自发自用，余电上网。分布式光伏接入配电网前，应明确计量点，计量点设置除应考虑产权分界点外，还应考虑分布式电源出口与用户自用电线路处。每个计量点均应装设双向电能计量装置，其设备配置和技术要求符合 DL/T 448 的相关规定，以及相关标准、规程要求。电能表采用智能电能表，技术性能应满足国家电网公司关于智能电能表的相关标准。用于结算和考核的分布式电源计量装置，应安装采集设备，接入用电信息采集系统，实现用电信息的远程自动采集。

光伏阵列接入组串式光伏逆变器，或者通过汇流箱接入逆变器，然后接入企业380V电网，实现自发自用，余电上网。在380V并网点前需要安装计量电表用于计量光伏发电量，同时在企业电网和公共电网连接处也需要安装双向计量电表，用于计量企业上网电量，数据均应上传供电部门用电信息采集系统，用于光伏发电补贴和上网电量结算。
部分光伏电站并网点需要监测并网点电能质量，包括电源频率、电源电压的大小、电压不平衡、电压骤升/骤降/中断、快速电压变化、谐波/间谐波 THD、闪变等，需要安装单独的电能质量监测装置。部分光伏电站为自发自用，余电不上网模式，这种类型的光伏电站需要安装防逆流保护装置，避免往电网输送电能。
这种并网模式单体光伏电站规模适中，可通过云平台采用光伏发电数据和储能系统运行数据，安科瑞在这类光伏电站提供的解决方案包括以下方面：
  
 
1.3 10kV或35kV并网
根据《国家能源局关于2019年风电、光伏发电项目建设有关事项通知》（国发新能〔2019〕49号），对于需要国家补贴的新建工商业分布式光伏发电项目，需要满足单点并网装机容量小于6兆瓦且为非户用的要求，支持在符合电网运行安全技术要求的前提下，通过内部多点接入配电系统。
此类分布式光伏装机容量一般比较大，需要通过升压变压器升压后接入电网。由于装机容量较大，可能对公共电网造成比较大的干扰，因此供电部门对于此规模的分布式光伏电站稳控系统、电能质量以及和调度的通信要求都比较高。
光伏电站并网点需要监测并网点电能质量，包括电源频率、电源电压的大小、电压不平衡、电压骤升/骤降/中断、快速电压变化、谐波/间谐波 THD、闪变等，需要安装单独的电能质量监测装置。

上图为一个1MW分布式光伏电站的示意图，光伏阵列接入光伏汇流箱，经过直流柜汇流后接入集中式逆变器(直流柜根据情况可不设置)，最后经过升压变压器升压至10kV或35kV后并入中压电网。由于光伏电站装机容量比较大，涉及到的保护和测控设备比较多，主要如下表：
